It all started because we saw a Zillow listing, reached out to Zillow to request to view it, and the Zillow-assigned agent replied, "You're looking to buy, right?" This was very offputting, to say the least, and so we gladly reached out to Stephen (whom we had just met earlier that day!). Not only was Stephen able to secure a viewing (for later that day), but he was integral to making sure we didn't lose this opportunity. Right after the viewing, we had a couple of minor questions, to which he IMMEDIATELY responded to acknowledge receipt of our asks. He was NOT pushy like other agents, but it was clear from the start that he took his role very seriously. Whether we had questions or concerns about the property, wanted to check the status of X, get recommendations for the various players in this process, or even understand what Y meant, he was always very responsive and professional with his replies. His various follow-ups were impeccable, and he was very thorough in making this process as painless (and quick) as possible. He was very knowledgeable in this space and his honesty was truly refreshing. I can't say enough positive things about Stephen and would recommend him to anyone in the market to view houses (no matter what stage they may be in).
